2. What is Sponsorship Program?

It's a Program created by brandingswift to help entrepreneurs and small businesses to create profit and reduce the uncertainty of investing. Once the plan has been aproved and your One-Time payment has been processed, you'll have access to the features of the plan you choosed for 1 year. After the first year and if you decide that you’ll keep using brandingswift, you can go for any plan you wish under the normal subscription. It’s 100% up to you!

3. How long does it take to get my application Approved?

It’s possible to get sponsored in just a few days! Whenever you are ready you can send your application!

4. What's the One-time payment about?

It’s a setup fee that allow us to implement the backend services that make possible the magic of a beautiful and well designed eCommerce. Once you have decided the plan you want, you will be redirected to confirm your order at our brandingswift checkout page. This payment is processed at the beginning of the sponsorship, and it's just a one time payment.

5. For how long will I enjoy my sponsored eCommerce ?

Once your one-time payment is processed you will have 1 year to enjoy your eCommerce and brandingswift services according to the plan you choose. We'll let you know when your 1 year sponsorship is coming to its end, and you will be free to decide if continuing or not with one of our subscription plans.

6. I got my approval, for how long is valid before I use it ?

After you get your approval, you have 3 months until the application expires. If for any reason this happen to you, feel free to apply again.

7. Can I switch from being Sponsored to a Paid Plan?

Of course you can! brandingswift's eCom solution is designed to grow as your business grows. So if you are ready to take the next step, let your Account Manager know and we’ll make it happen.

8. Can I cancel my account at any time?

We'll be very sad to see you go but you have all of our support and without any problem you can easily cancel your account by requesting it to your account manager. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your cancellation has been processed.

9. Are there any setup fees or transaction fees?

After your One-Time payment is processed you won't have to pay for anything else. Take in count that other fees apply depending on the Payment Gateway that you choose for your eCommerce, such as Paypal or STRIPE fees. Don't forget to ask your Account Manager any doubt you might have once your Plan has been approved.
